G\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak alkali su t\u00fcketmek asiditeyi etkisiz hale getirebilir, h\u00fccrelerden ve dokulardan asidik art\u0131klar\u0131n y\u0131kanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<br \/>\nAlkali su sayesinde ise su h\u00fccresel seviyede daha iyi emilir ve bu \u015fekilde v\u00fccut maksimum derecede su ile beslenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Alkali su antioksidan \u00f6zelli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcr, serbest radikallerin n\u00f6tralize olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve v\u00fccuttan at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u0130onize edilmi\u015f alkali su serbest radikalleri aray\u0131p bulur ve onlar\u0131 oksijene \u00e7evirir.
